Initially, I came and found a very good technician who did my nails well. After about the third visit, they started ignoring my appointments with that specific technician and just giving me to anyone. The last technician did a very poor job so I figured I would give them one more shot to honor my request or be upfront if they could not fill it My last appointment which I called to schedule I showed up, waited 15 minutes, was ignored, other people were taken in front of me and finally I was told to go to the technician who did a poor job. I think if you go out of your way to make an appointment and show up for your appointment on time that should be honored. By the way, I tip 25% and am extremely kind and friendly because I know what it’s like to work off of tips. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I never write negative reviews, I usually only like to tip people to really great places, but today’s experience just bended my brain. I made a last minute decision to get my nails done so I went here being it was close to my house. I’ve gone here for years and it’s always been a little hit or miss, but nothing crazy. Today was a big miss. When I got there I selected a really dark purple the shade that looks almost black and sat down. Important to note is I read my book on my phone so I don’t really pay attention. After he did the two coats he asked if I wanted an extra coat so I looked at my nails and saw they were pretty light. I had a feeling then it was the wrong color, but to change it at that point would mean doing my nails all over so I was hoping the extra coat would darken them. It didn’t. So I spoke up, which I never do, and told him it was the wrong color. He laughed! I thought maybe he misunderstood me even though his English seemed proficient. So I point at the box where the number is and tell him again staring the number it was supposed to be and he laughs more like this is the funniest thing that happened to him this week!?!? So I just say okay I guess I’ll get that color next time, but I really don’t like it and still laughing he says yes next time. No sorry or oh no. Just laughter. So bizarre. So I go to pay and my $30 gel polish manicure is $42. I had turned down the extra 10 minute massage so it couldn’t be that and he only added one coat of polish so I questioned it and you will not believe what he did. He laughed 😒 now I hate the idea of ending this review with “I’ll never go back” because that just sounds like an adult having a temper tantrum, butttt probably I won’t.

If you're looking for friendly and professional service this place is for you! Nail tech Michelle gave me great advice on how to grow my nails and a wonderful mani and pedi. The salon host was so nice and their massage chairs were heavenly. I'll be back for sure!
